We are planning to get registered and marry in Malaysia.

She will gets single status letter from Embassy Malaysia in China.
Then we will go to Wisma Putra KL to get endorsement on the single status letter.
Single status declaration from Notary Public (need clarify on this?). If needed, where can I can the notory public service?
After she stay in Malaysia for 7 days.
Then, submit the Document to JPN (Kuantan, Pahang) because my IC # registered at kuantan. Can i do it at JPN Kuala Lumpur.
