Congratulations, you’re getting married!

Weddings are one of the biggest and most exciting parties in your life! However, it can also be one of the most expensive and stressful events you will have to plan for. So before you turn into a Bridezilla or run off to engage a wedding planner, take a deep breath and read here because planning your own wedding isn’t as difficult or expensive as you originally thought!

I’m Elle and I’m based in Malaysia. Wedding Planning Tips was inspired from my own wedding planning and research. I could not afford a wedding planner and realised that planning a wedding isn’t as difficult as what some think. Being involved in your own wedding preparations is also one of the most rewarding and enjoyable journeys, especially as you look back on your wedding day and know that each item there had your very own special touch to it.

I am not from the wedding industry but I dealt extensively with wedding vendors in my own planning and did lots of online research which I will share here. Planning my own wedding was also an amazing eye-opener to my own wonderful culture and the wedding customs and traditions observed which I will be featuring as we should continue to preserve and celebrate our cultures.
